At Montserrat, we are honoured to have cared for you and greatly appreciate your feedback. Your insights help us continuously improve our services.

Every patient is given the opportunity to complete a Hospital Patient Satisfaction Survey, which is sent via email a few days after discharge. All feedback is carefully reviewed, with results collated and followed up by our Managers where appropriate.

Additionally, most patients receive a follow-up text message or phone call in the days after their procedure to check on their well-being and offer another opportunity to share their experience.
